CASTING CALL for Have you Heard the Word?

WHERE: Bethlehem, a busy and dissatisfied city in the middle of Roman occupation.
WHO: Two shepherds, Mel, the eternal optimist, confident in faith; and Shiloh, who is a little slower to trust and a little cynical. A quiet evening is disrupted when Luce, an angel along with several other angels, suddenly appear, first catching the attention of one of their sheep, and then lighting up the sky with good news: the Messiah has arrived!
WHAT: Famous hip-hop band, The Three Kings is on tour!
Have You Heard the Word? focuses on the importance and excitement of sharing the gospel with the people around us. The gospel is good news not only for those who have never heard of Jesus, but also for the people in our lives who, like Shiloh, may have heard of God, but have trouble trusting Him. By seeing what God has done before, and knowledge of his character, we know that we can put our trust in him. Once we’ve put our trust in God, the natural next step is to want to share it with everyone!

Those who would like a speaking role, singing solo, or to be in special dance numbers must audition. This is first come, first serve. Performances will be December 13 & 14.
