FAQs

I filled out the required forms so why does my registration still say they are missing?

Often the completion of forms needs to be checked off manually by our staff so it may not show up immediately after you have completed them. Please be sure to fill all forms out completely and Student Ministries will reach out to you if you are missing anything. Please watch for emails regarding this and other important camp information.

Is there financial assistance available?

There is a limited amount of scholarship money available this year. Scholarships will be given based on financial need and in the order they are received. Trinity Church does not supply full financial scholarships as we believe that it's important for participants to be financially invested to some degree. We encourage families to spread out the cost of camp by making partial payments to your registration in the months leading up to camp.

How do I make payments and when is $ due?

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration. The remaining balance is due July 7. To spread out the cost, partial payments can be made to your account.

You can make payments by logging into your registration or by calling the church office to pay by credit card over the phone. Cash and checks can be turned in at the front office. Reminder emails will be sent out occasionally which will have a link that you can use to pay online.

How are the students getting to and from camp?

Students will be travelling by van to Ojai.

Can my student bring their phone (or other electronic devices) to camp?

We're encouraging parents to have their students leave their cell phones and other devices at home while at camp.  Any phones brought to camp will not be allowed to be used so please keep them home so they don't get lost.  If any student needs to contact their parent, leaders will make their phones available for that purpose.  Thank you for your understanding!
