Chair Yoga will be enjoyed by all during this special extrended class time. Chair yoga has been sweeping the nation due to its popularity and this day will include simple instruction and a chance to practice these exercises.  Healthy smoothies and munchies will be available.  $1 donation suggested 

Light & Power is a ministry which includes adults with developmental disabilities. Sunday class times include awesome snacks, enthusiastic worship, powerful times of prayer. This class provides biblical instruction and includes people with various disabilities to build and empower all in the Christian life. There are numerous social events throughout the year, so come join the class, socials, or both.
