Advent Conspiracy 2020

Way to go Trinity! All Advent Conspiracy projects have been fully funded!

Advent Conspiracy Handout   Advent Conspiracy Booklet

With the crazy season of Christmas beginning earlier each year, it is no wonder that people feel overwhelmed and burdened by the challenge of finding the perfect gift for everyone at a price that doesn’t cause them to cry in January! The season can become consumed with purchases that do not bring the impact that we hoped for. Let us consider something different this holiday season.

Advent Conspiracy is a series of special projects that offer Trinity church a way to bless others worldwide. It is an opportunity to work together to help those who have needs that we individually may not be able to take care of. It’s an opportunity to be strategic, planning with others to play an important part in communicating Christ’s love and grace during the holiday season.

It all boils down to love. Love from a Savior and to those around us in need. Exchanging our wants for their needs provides incredible gifts of blessing not just for the winter season, but for many it is a year-long testimony of God’s amazing love for them. We get the privilege of being involved in that blessing!

This year Advent Conspiracy at Trinity Church invites everyone and their loved ones (kids, relatives, close friends, etc.) to join in providing the financial support to assist with these special opportunities. We can help those around us see this Christmas season differently than they have before. Please consider inviting extended family and friends to talk about the different projects and consider which to invest in. Invite others who normally exchange gifts to share their opinions and come up with creative ways to help show God’s love to others this Advent season.

We hope you and your family have fun looking through the projects to see the incredible opportunities presented. This season can be more than the rush of a Christmas morning gift blitz. This can be a gift that makes an impact for all of 2021 and even beyond!

We want you to know the amount of money determined for each project represents a portion or percentage of the total amount needed by the participating organizations. Fully funding any particular project is not a practice, however providing a reasonable percentage shows a significant support.

Our motivation and primary concern when considering which organizations to support is an opportunity to demonstrate God’s love and the gospel of Jesus Christ. There are many ‘good things’ to be involved in, however the ‘Good News’ of Jesus Christ is the main thing as we seek to be a witness for our Lord. Each of these projects selected will provide support for on-going ministries, which have as their primary and ultimate goal to demonstrate the gospel both in word and in deed.
