Trinity is an elder-led staff-run congregation. This means the elders are responsible for identifying who we as a body are called to be and as such define the mission and vision of Trinity as well as establish major goals and strategic objectives. Moreover, we care for the individual members of the congregation. Just as the staff prays through the weekly prayer requests, the elders too pray for these requests and can be called on for individual prayer. Elders interact with the staff through the senior pastor. They define the policies under which ministry takes place throughout the church. Elders also monitor our financial condition.

Elders serve 3 year terms and cannot serve more than 6 years in a row. They are chosen after prayerful consideration. The congregation, staff and current elder board submit names for consideration. To serve on the board, one must be a member of Trinity Church. We meet every other week on Tuesday evenings.
