UKEE Trinity Site

Trip Dates: July 14-23

We are no longer accepting application. Our team has been formed!

Uclue what? (pronounced “You-CLUE-let”)
This small logging and fishing community feels like it is on the edge of the world, sitting on the rocky western cliffs of Vancouver Island in British Columbia. The small community of about 1,500 people (many of which are members of Yuu-tluth-aht first nation’s tribe) has a growing evangelical church, and we have been given the huge privilege to partner with them again this year.

What we’re doing- We will be coordinating work projects on the Itatso Native American Reservation and in the town of Ucluelet in partnership with Christ Community Church. We will also plan a Vacation Bible School/Sports Camp/Music Camp as well as being available for other needs during our mission. Check out pictures from last year’s trip by clicking here.

Where we’ll be staying – We will be sleeping on the floor of the Christ Community Church
( We will have a separate section for the guys and the girls and limited showers available. Each team member will be given a small stuff sack (included in the cost of the trip) and are expected to pack a small sleeping bag/mat into the bag provided. Thin/highly collapsible backpacking type sleeping bags are highly recommended.

Travel – Getting there is not easy. First we will fly into Seattle, drive about 4 hours up into Canada to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal, take a two hour ferry to Vancouver Island and then drive another four hours to Ucluelet.

Trip Requirements – Must be in High School class of 2014, 2015, 2016 or 2017. All team members will be required to have a valid passport, appropriate notarized release forms and will be expected to travel with a minimum amount of personal luggage. All team members will be required to memorize scripture before and during this mission.

$1,250 total cost. Support raising is strongly recommended.
$100 deposit (due with application)
